We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you be for any reason unhappy with your purchase, upon product return we will issue a refund to your credit card.
All we ask is that you follow a few reasonable guidelines:
- Products must have been purchased directly from Boost (our website or 855 numbers). We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
- Products must be returned within 120 days of order date.
- Please call our customer service department at +1 855 246 1336 to obtain an RMA number, required with your return, include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s)
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
